What are your operating hours?
We operate from 8am to 5pm on Monday to Friday.
How can I track my package? Are notifications and live tracking available?
Your package can be tracked directly from our homepage at https://globalcourier.ca/tracking. If you have a customer account you can also login and track your shipments from your customer portal. We will notify you via email upon order acceptance and order delivery. Packages requiring a sign off confirmation and/or a picture of delivery can also be verified via the online customer portal.
How do I place an order online?
Placing an order online is easy! Visit https://globalcourier.ca/get-a-quote to receive a quote via email. Typical response times on quotes are within 15 minutes.
Clients that have a customer accounts can place their orders by logging into the customer portal at https://globalcourier.ca/login
How can I sign up for a customer account?
You can sign up for a customer account by clicking on the “Create your Account” at https://globalcourier.ca/login
Where does Global Courier and Logistics ship, and do you ship to residential addresses?
We ship to ALL areas across Ontario (including residential addresses) and Canada-wide. We also ship to international locations with terms and conditions. Please reach out to us by sending an email to info@globalcourier.ca or giving us a call at 905 564 1666 for more details.
We do not ship to PO box addresses.
How are delivery rates calculated?
Rates are based on distance, package size/weight, and delivery speed. You can request a free quote through our website by clicking here: https://globalcourier.ca/get-a-quote
What methods of payment are accepted by Global Courier and Logistics?
As a current customer, you are billed bi-weekly for all orders. For new customers, you have the option to pay via credit card or Interac transfer upon submission of your order and a receipt will be sent via email as confirmation. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express as payment methods.
Payment can then be made in a variety of ways:
– Pay via credit card online through a Moneris link which we send via email
– Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
– Call the Global Courier and Logistics office at 905-564-1666 to pay via CC
– Mail a cheque made out to Global Courier and Logistics to the following address: Global Courier and Logistics 2855 Derry Road East Unit #2138, Mississauga, Ontario L4T 1A6
Are my shipments insured?
Global Courier and Logistics’s default insurance liability covers up to a maximum of $50 per shipment. For additional coverage, we recommend insuring your item through a third-party provider.
Is Global Courier and Logistics a Canadian based business?
We are a proudly Canadian based shipping company. All of our employees, shipping partners and service related affiliates are located within Canada.
What happens if no one is available to accept a shipment?
Upon arrival, if no one is available and a dispatcher is unable to contact either the sender or receiver, we will reschedule the shipment for a later time that works for you.
By request, we can leave the delivery in a mailbox, at the gate or doorstep without a signature.

What kind of vehicles does Global Courier and Logistics use?
We use a combination of sedans, SUVs, hatchbacks, cargo vans, and cube vans. We can accommodate shipments of any size including pallets. We also offer cartage based shipping options which include shipments via tractor trailer.
What kind of packages does Global Courier and Logistics deliver?
We deliver a wide range of items ranging from the smallest envelope to a container!
Can I schedule deliveries for a future date?
Yes, you can schedule deliveries for a future date using our online order form. Simply select the date, time, and the service type when making your booking.
Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?
Yes, weekend or holiday deliveries are available for pre-booked or urgent shipments. Please contact us at info@globalcourier.ca in advance to confirm availability.
Do you handle fragile or temperature-sensitive items?
Yes. We take extra care with fragile or delicate items and can accommodate temperature-sensitive shipments upon request.
How can I cancel or modify my delivery?
To cancel or modify your delivery, please contact us at info@globalcourier.ca with your waybill number and details of the changes.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Direct Delivery: No refunds – all bookings are final
Rush Delivery: No refunds if cancelled 30 minutes after placing your order
Same Day Delivery: 50% refund 1 hour after placing your order
Overnight Deliveries: 50% refund 1 hour after placing your order
Refunds take 2-7 business days to process.
Do you offer any discounts for regular customers or bulk deliveries?
Yes, we offer discounts for regular customers and bulk deliveries. If you have a large number of deliveries, please contact us at info@globalcourier.ca to discuss pricing and discounts.
