- Reliable transportation to get to and from the office
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Word and Email
- The aptitude to learn new software and technology quickly
- An Android or Apple smartphone
- Excellent geographical knowledge of the GTA and Ontario
- A valid Ontario Drivers’ License
- Social Insurance Number
- Ontario Business Number
- Valid Insurance Documents
- HST Number
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
